* All plans come with a 30-day cancellation period, during which you may cancel for any reason. You will still be responsible for the monthly fee accrued during that 30 day period. After the 30-day period, cancellations on a multiple-month subscription plan are subject to an early termination fee of $100 or the monthly charges remaining on the contract term, which ever is LESS.

To claim a free 7th month, simply email us at 7@zigzagwireless.com. Be sure to include your name, user id and mailing address. Zig Zag Wireless will send you a voucher for one (1) month of free Zig Zag Wireless service within 60 days of receipt. Your service agreement must be active at the time voucher is issued.

To receive a credit toward the purchase of a wireless network adapter, the adapter must be purchased by you within 15 days of initiating service with Zig Zag Wireless. To obtain credit, simply send your sales receipt to:
